Craig brings more than 15 years of experience as a real estate professional to his role as VP of Real Estate at Loquidity. His broad-based experience in both the public and private sectors include financial analysis and modeling, portfolio real estate valuation, development economics, market research and demographics and site selection. He has a proven track record of delivering in-depth analysis and recommendations concerning complex real estate decisions and stratagems. His past experience includes serving as the senior director for Clarion Associates, a real estate consulting firm that served many Fortune 500 clients on a variety of projects, ranging from site development options, valuation and more. Most recently, he worked at CoreNet Global, serving as the director of knowledge creation at the premier professional association for corporate real estate. Craig earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Urban Planning from Miami University, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
